Do you have an innovative idea for Flo’s implementation but constrained by funding?

The Health Foundation has announced £1.5million funding for innovations to improve healthcare (deadline 12noon, 10th February 2015*)

The Health Foundation has up to £1.5 million available for up to 20 teams to test and develop innovative ideas and approaches to healthcare in the UK.

As part of their Innovating for Improvement Programme, the Health Foundation are looking for projects that aim to improve healthcare delivery and/or the way in which people manage their own healthcare.

Flo is at the heart of supporting patients to become more engaged and involved in the management of their health, so this is a great opportunity for your organisation to showcase its best ideas for pathway redesign where Flo could be the vehicle to achieving the anticipated clinical, quality and productivity outcomes.

Each team will receive up to £75,000, over 15 months, to support implementation and evaluation which would be a great catalyst to embedding this improvement within your organisation..

If you’re interested in applying there is more information available at www.health.org.uk/innovatingimprovement

The deadline for applications is 12 noon on 10th February 2015*

For more information or support with your bid, please contact Lisa Taylor, Senior Specialist, Simple Telehealth lisa.taylor@simple.uk.net * The Health Foundation reserves the right to close ahead of this deadline if the programme is oversubscribed
