Dave Horsfield, Programme Manager, More Independent (MI) Programme – Liverpool CCG provides an excellent, outcome focussed overview of Liverpool’s approach and vision regarding the integration of technology at scale.
Liverpool CCG have commissioned Flo as part of their local telehealth offering and identified the role of the Health Trainer as an ideal interface with patients to support the diagnosis, or exclusion of hypertension via Flo at GP practice level. Supporting local spread and engagement, Liverpool Community Healthcare Trust are also utilising Flo for their COPD patient cohort in a step down model from Philips Motiva.
